  • Break the Anger-Resentment-Revenge cycle.
  • Help an individual diffuse his/her anger.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Confront someone without escalating the problem.
  • Use boredom over punishment or excessive anger as a discipline strategy.

Anger that is not dealt with turns to Resentment; Resentment that is not dealt with turns to Revenge. The ANGER-RESENTMENT-REVENGE cycle must be broken to decrease the amount of anger related problems in our schools, corporations and communities.

Individuals who understand anger become more productive. They have specific skills for working with their own anger and the anger of others. They become more productive. If we are to live in safe communities, we must teach our adults and our children to work positively with anger.

“Our top seven managers began working as a team form the day Sandy worked with them. A few months later, we had Sandy back to work with our managers. People are still thanking me for having her in to share her knowledge with them.“

Chuck Neff, VP, Executive Director, CIGNA Health Plan of Texas.

“I was also able to attend the half-day seminar for teachers, counselors and others from youth oriented positions on “Anger Management.” The hours flew by! I found the topic very relevant yet different from what I heard the previous evening at Sandy’s parenting seminar. Bringing many civic groups together from the community gave us a chance not only to meet but to discuss similar challenges. Sandy’s speaking marathon in Ponca City was a gift to the individuals and community at large. I endorse having Sandy speak to your community. “
